Section 2-15-1311 - Advisory council for Multistate Tax Compact

The director of revenue shall appoint an advisory council for the purpose of complying with Article VI, section 1(b), of the Multistate Tax Compact if local subdivisions are affected by the compact. The provisions of 2-15-122 apply if an advisory council is appointed.
