Section 2-1-603 - Monitoring and compliance(1) The attorney general shall:(a) monitor state and local government compliance with the provisions of 2-1-602; and(b) investigate compliance complaints.(2) If an investigation by the attorney general finds that a state agency or local government has violated the provisions of 2-1-602, the attorney general shall bring a civil action against the state agency or local government.Added by Laws 2021, Ch. 101,Sec. 3, eff. 3/31/2021.
