Section 16-11-124 - Disposition of license fees(1) All license fees collected under the provisions of this part must be deposited with the state treasurer in the general fund.(2) Each biennium, there must be appropriated to the department and the department of justice an amount justified and reasonable to operate the cigarette enforcement responsibilities of each department.En.
