Section 10-4-117 - Provider and seller obligations - limitationsNothing in this chapter:
(1) relieves a provider or seller from its obligations pursuant to parts 1 through 3 of this chapter, including obligations pursuant to 10-4-201 to collect 9-1-1 fees from customers on a per access line basis; or(2) grants the department the authority to regulate the services offered by an originating service provider or by a seller.Amended by Laws 2021, Ch. 435,Sec. 4, eff. 1/1/2022.Added by Laws 2017, Ch. 367,Sec. 15, eff. 7/1/2018.
