Section 10-3-704 - Local agency to contact national guard(1) If a tactical incident exceeds the capability of a local law enforcement agency, the agency administrator may call the national guard staff duty office for assistance as provided in 10-3-705.(2) The national guard staff duty officer shall inform the governor of the request.En.
