Section 478.740 - Circuit No. 38, number of judges - number of divisions - election dates1. There shall be two circuit judges in the thirty-eighth judicial circuit. These judges shall sit in divisions numbered one and two.2. The circuit judge in division two shall be elected in 2016, and such judicial position shall not be considered vacant or filled until January 1, 2017.
