Section 411.760 - Remedies provided are in addition to and not exclusive1. Any remedy provided by this chapter shall not be deemed to preclude any other remedy provided for by common law or under any other statutes. Recovery by a depositor on the warehouseman's bond shall not be his sole or exclusive remedy, and shall not bar a civil action against the warehouseman or surety based upon rights or obligations under a storage agreement.2. The grain warehouseman's bond shall be paid only to those depositors who are deemed to have a right of recovery against such bond as set forth under the provisions of this chapter.L. 1977 S.B. 75 § 16, A.L. 1986 H.B. 1578
