Section 389.700 - Application of sections 389.700 to 389.730 - term railroad defined1. The provisions of sections 389.700 to 389.730 shall apply to any common carrier or carriers, their officers, agents and employees, engaged in the transportation of passengers or property by railroad operating in whole or in part in the state of Missouri.2.
