Section 387.428 - Customer records
A TNC shall maintain the following customer records:
(1) Individual trip records of riders for at least one year from the date each trip was provided; and(2) Individual records of TNC drivers at least until the one-year anniversary of the date on which a TNC driver's relationship with the TNC has ended.
