Section 369.314 - Powers and duties of boardThe board shall:
(1) Approve or disapprove each regulation proposed by the director of the division of finance pertaining to savings and loan associations; and(2) Hear and determine any appeal permitted by law, including but not limited to an order or decision of the director pertaining to the incorporation, relocation or branching of savings and loan associations, which shall be conducted as provided in chapter 361.L. 1971 S.B. 3 § 62, A.L. 1994 H.B. 1165, A.L. 2011H.B. 464.
