Section 191.1850 - Facility-based registries not preempted

Sections 191.1820 to 191.1855 shall not preempt the authority of facilities or individuals providing diagnostic or treatment services to patients with Parkinson's disease or parkinsonism to maintain their own facility-based registries for Parkinson's disease or parkinsonism.
