Section 160.2710 - Minimum enrollment age - preference given to students receiving certain income-based assistance1. Any person who is twenty-one years of age or older may enroll in an adult high school if he or she has not earned a high school diploma.2. An adult high school shall give a preference in admission to those students who receive any local, state, or federal assistance in which a person or family is required not to exceed a certain income level in order to qualify for the assistance.Added by 2017 Mo.
