Section 115.904 - Applicability
The voting procedures in sections 115.900 to 115.936 shall apply to:
(1) A general, special, or primary election for federal office;(2) A general, special, or primary election for statewide or state legislative office or state ballot measure; or(3) Any election in which absentee voting is conducted pursuant to sections 115.275 to 115.304.
