Section 115.523 - Certificate of nomination to issue, when - certificate of election to issue, when1. As soon as possible after each primary election, each person nominated for an office at the primary election shall be issued a certificate of nomination.2. As soon as possible after each other election, each person elected to an office at the election shall be issued a certificate of election.3.
