Section 79-14-122 - Delivery of record(a) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, permissible means of delivery of a record include delivery by hand, mail, conventional commercial practice, and electronic transmission.(b) Delivery to the Secretary of State is effective only when a record is received by the Secretary of State.Added by Laws, 2015, ch. 453, SB 2310, 1, eff. 7/1/2015.
