Section 75-76-91 - Licenses to be posted by licensees; inspection by authorized state, county and municipal officials(1) All licenses issued under the provisions of this chapter must be posted by the licensee and kept posted at all times in a conspicuous place in the establishment for which issued until replaced by a succeeding license.(2) All licenses may be inspected by authorized state, county and municipal officials.Laws, 1990 Ex Sess, ch. 45, § 46, eff. 6/29/1990.
