Section 43-21-855 - [Repealed effective 7/1/2027] Secretarial and support services; funding(1) Secretarial and support services for each CASA program must be provided by the association. The Administrative Office of Courts also may provide secretarial and support services.(2) CASA programs may receive private funds and local, state and federal government funding to ensure total or partial funding of program activities.Added by Laws, 2024, ch. 525, HB 1624,§ 3, eff. 7/1/2024.
