Section 41-83-15 - Reporting requirements to evaluate and determine compliance
The department shall establish reporting requirements to:
(a) Evaluate the effectiveness of private review agents; and(b) Determine if the utilization review programs are in compliance with the provisions of this section and applicable regulations.
