Section 39-19-13 - Escheat to state prohibited(1) Property on loan to a museum shall not escheat to the state under any state escheat law, but shall pass to the museum under the provisions of Section 39-19-11.(2) Property interests other than those specifically addressed in this chapter are not affected by this chapter.
