Section 21-43-9 - Notice of hearingNotice of the hearing shall be given by:
(a) One (1) publication of the resolution of intention in a newspaper of general circulation in the municipality, which may be made as provided in Section 21-17-19;(b) Mailing a complete copy of the resolution of intention to each business in the proposed or established area.
