Section 342.175 - SOCIAL EQUITY LICENSE CLASSIFICATION(a) The office must classify licenses listed in section 342.10, clauses (1) to (10) and (13) as: (1) available to social equity applicants who meet the requirements of section 342.17; and(2) available to all applicants.(b) The office must classify any license issued to a social equity applicant as a social equity license.Added by 2024 Minn.
