Section 524.5-109 - PRACTICE IN COURT(a) Except as otherwise provided in this article, the Rules of Civil Procedure, including the rules concerning appellate review, govern proceedings under this article.(b) If guardianship and protective proceedings as to the same individual are commenced or pending in the same court, the proceedings may be consolidated.
