Section 62J.052 - PROVIDER COST DISCLOSURESubdivision 1.[Repealed, 2007 c 147 art 15 s 22]
Subd. 2.Pharmacies.(a) Each pharmacy, as defined in section 151.01, subdivision 2, shall provide the following information to a patient upon request: (1) the pharmacy's own usual and customary price for a prescription drug;(2) a record, including all transactions on record with the pharmacy both past and present, of all co-payments and other cost-sharing paid to the pharmacy by the patient for up to two years; and(3) the total amount of all co-payments and other cost-sharing paid to the pharmacy by the patient over the previous two years.(b) The information required under paragraph (a) must be readily available at no cost to the patient.2005 c 147 art 11 s 2; 2006 c 255 s 21
