Section 144.3352 - HEPATITIS B MATERNAL CARRIER DATA; INFANT IMMUNIZATION

The commissioner of health or a community health board may inform the physician, advanced practice registered nurse, or physician assistant attending a newborn of the hepatitis B infection status of the biological mother.
