Section 116J.872 - ECONOMIC RESPONSE TEAM(a) The department shall operate a fast-action economic response team to contact and work with businesses that are identified as being:(1) at risk for relocating or expanding outside the state; or(2) prospects for expansion or relocation within the state.(b) The fast-action response team must contact identified businesses within 24 hours.
