Section 780.167 - Duties of court carried out through office of friend of courtThe court of this state, when acting as a responding court, has the following duties which may be carried out through the office of the friend of the court:
(a) To transmit to the initiating court any payment made by the obligor pursuant to any order of the court or otherwise.(b) To furnish to the initiating court upon request a certified statement of all payments made by the obligor.1952, Act 8, Eff. 9/18/1952 ;--Am. 1985, Act 172, Eff. 3/1/1986.
