Section 600.8041 - Appeal(1) An appeal from a business court shall be to the court of appeals, as prescribed by supreme court rules.(2) The time within which an appeal as of right from a business court may be taken shall be governed by supreme court rules concerning appeals from the circuit court.Added by 2012, Act 333,s 7, eff. 1/1/2013.
