Section 560.173 - Director of department of energy, labor, and economic growth; procedure following notice of recordingWhen notification of recording of 1 copy of plat has been received by the director of the department of energy, labor, and economic growth, he or she shall:
(a) Transcribe the certificate of recording on all other copies.(b) Retain 1 copy for his or her files.(c) Mail 1 copy of the plat to the county treasurer, 1 copy to the clerk of the municipality in which the plat is located, 1 copy to the county road commission or the city planning commission, and 1 copy to the proprietor if he has submitted an extra copy for certification and mailing.Amended by 2010, Act 63,s 4 , eff. 5/6/2010.1967, Act 288, Eff. 1/1/1968.
