Section 554.1013 - Court order; issuance; notice and hearing; circumstances(1) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (2), the court may issue an order under this act only after notice and opportunity for a hearing appropriate in the circumstances.(2) The court may issue an order under this act under the following circumstances: (a) Without prior notice if cause exists to require issuance of an order before notice is given.(b) After notice and without a prior hearing if cause exists to require issuance of an order before a hearing is held.(c) After notice and without a hearing if no interested party timely requests a hearing.Amended by 2020, Act 210,s 3, eff. 10/15/2020.Added by 2018, Act 16,s 3, eff. 5/7/2018.
