Section 550.1841 - Implementation of program(1) The department shall not implement the program under this act until the legislature has appropriated sufficient funds to cover the same.(2) Not more than 1% of the annual appropriation made to the autism coverage fund may be used for the purpose of administering the program authorized under this act.Added by 2012, Act 101,s 6, eff. 4/18/2012.
