Section 460.1311 - Collocation of small cell wireless facilities; prohibited authority(1) Except as provided in this act, an authority shall not prohibit, regulate, or charge for the collocation of small cell wireless facilities.(2) The approval of a small cell wireless facility under this act authorizes only the collocation of a small cell wireless facility and does not authorize either of the following: (a) The provision of any particular services.(b) The installation, placement, modification, maintenance, or operation of a wireline backhaul facility in the ROW.2018, Act 365, Eff. 3/12/2019.
