Section 450.795 - Fraudulent procurement of contract prohibited; violation as felony; penalty(1) A person shall not fraudulently procure or attempt to procure a contract under this act.(2) A person who knowingly violates this act is guilty of a felony, punishable by imprisonment for not more than 2 years, or a fine of not less than $5,000.00, or both.(3) A person found guilty of violating this act shall be barred from obtaining future contracts with the state.1988, Act 112, eff. 3/30/1989 ;--Am. 1998, Act 73, imd. eff. 5/4/1998.
