Section 432.136 - Advertising of millionaire party(1) A millionaire party licensee may advertise the event if the advertising complies with rules promulgated under this article.(2) An advertisement under this section must state the purposes for which the proceeds from the event will be used.Added by 2019, Act 159,s 21, eff. 12/20/2019.
