Section 408.1122 - [Effective Until 91 days after adjournment of the 2024 Regular Session sine die] Maintenance of records; failure to comply; civil penalty

Contracting agents, contractors, and subcontractors shall maintain certified payroll records and other records required under this act for a minimum of 3 years. Failure to maintain records may result in application of the applicable civil penalties provided for under this act.
