Section 400.57r - [Effective Until 91 days after adjournment of the 2024 Regular Session sine die] Family independence program assistance; limitation

Beginning October 1, 2007, family independence program assistance shall be paid to an individual for not longer than a cumulative total of 48 months during that individual's lifetime.
