Section 389.107 - Administering, conducting, and canvassing election and special election(1) An election under this act shall be called, administered, conducted, and canvassed as provided in this act and the Michigan election law.(2) A special election under this act shall be held on a regular election day established under section 641 of the Michigan election law, MCL 168.641.Amended by 2003, Act 306, s 27, eff. 1/1/2005.1966, Act 331, Eff. 10/1/1966.
