Section 380.1474 - College level equivalent course directory(1) The state board annually shall publish and distribute to school districts and public school academies, and upon request to nonpublic high schools, a college level equivalent course directory. Subject to subsection (2), the college level equivalent course directory shall list postsecondary institutions in the state that grant college level equivalent credit and, for each of those postsecondary institutions, shall describe the institution's college level equivalent credit policy and detail the specific courses and number of credits for which college level equivalent credit may be granted and the college level equivalent credit examination that must be completed and the score that must be achieved to qualify for college level equivalent credit for each of the courses.(2) The state board shall not include information about a particular postsecondary institution in the college level equivalent course directory unless the chief academic officer of the institution, or his or her designee, reviews the information before publication and verifies in writing that it is accurate.Add. 1996, Act 159, Eff. 7/1/1996.
