Section 339.1873 - [Effective 4/2/2025] Compliance with local, state, and federal laws(1) A licensee or registrant must comply with all local, state, and federal laws that apply to the licensee or registrant.(2) A person may operate a refrigeration facility and a removal service at the same location if all other applicable requirements of this article are met.Added by 2024, Act 107,s 12, eff. 4/2/2025.
