Section 333.17091 - Rules(1) The department, in consultation with the board, shall promulgate rules that specify the minimum standards for licensure, temporary licensure, and license renewal of genetic counselors.(2) In addition to any other requirements of this article, the board shall perform other functions and duties as necessary to carry out the regulation of genetic counselors under this part.Added by 2018, Act 624,s 4, eff. 3/28/2019.
