Section 333.16107 - Definitions; P(1) "Permanent revocation" means the permanent cancellation or withdrawal of a license, registration, or authorization to engage in the practice of a health profession under this article that is issued by the department, board, or task force.(2) "Probation" means a sanction that permits a board to evaluate over a period of time a licensee's or registrant's fitness to continue to practice under a license or registration.(3) "Public member" means a member of the general public who is not a licensee or registrant, is a resident of this state, is not less than 18 years of age, and does not have a material financial interest in the provision of health services and has not had a material financial interest within the 12 months before appointment.Amended by 2014, Act 410,s 1, eff. 3/30/2015.1978, Act 368, Eff. 9/30/1978.
