Section 333.26232 - DefinitionsAs used in this act:
(a) "Breast and cervical cancer control program" or "program" means the comprehensive program implemented in 1991 by the department pursuant to a grant from the federal centers for disease control and prevention to provide certain women with access to life-saving cancer screening services and follow-up care, including cancer treatment if necessary.(b) "Department" means the department of community health.(c) "Fund" means the Amanda's fund for breast cancer prevention and treatment created in section 3.Added by 2007, Act 134,s 2, eff. 11/1/2007.
