Section 330.1723c - Violation of MCL 330.1723 or making of false report as misdemeanor; civil liability(1) An individual who intentionally violates section 723 or who knowingly makes a false report pursuant to section 723 is guilty of a misdemeanor.(2) An individual who violates section 723 is civilly liable for the damages proximately caused by the violation.Add. 1986, Act 224, Eff. 3/31/1987 ;--Am. 1995, Act 290, Eff. 3/28/1996.
