Section 330.1702 - Receipt of mental health services; rights, benefits, privileges, and competency not affected(1) The receipt of mental health services, a determination that an individual meets the criteria of a person requiring treatment or for judicial admission, or any form of admission to a facility including by judicial order shall not be used to deprive an individual of his or her rights, benefits, or privileges.(2) The receipt of mental health services, a determination that an individual meets the criteria of a person requiring treatment or for judicial admission, or any form of admission to a facility including by judicial order does not constitute a determination or adjudication that the individual is incompetent as that term is used in other statutes.1974, Act 258, Eff. 8/6/1975 ;--Am. 1995, Act 290, Eff. 3/28/1996 .
