Section 324.44509 - Operation of charter boat in violation of terms of certificate of inspection(1) A person shall not operate a charter boat in violation of the terms of a certificate of inspection.(2) Subsection (1) does not apply when the charter boat is being utilized by the owner of the charter boat exclusively for noncommercial purposes.Add. 1995, Act 57, Imd.
