Section 324.36102 - Development rights agreement or easement; execution authorized; provisions(1) The state land use agency may execute a development rights agreement or easement on behalf of the state.(2) The provisions of a development rights agreement or easement shall be consistent with the purposes of this part and shall not permit an action which will materially impair the character of the land involved.Add. 1995, Act 59, Imd.
