Section 324.21110 - [See Note] Prohibited conduct(1) A person shall not knowingly deliver a regulated substance into an underground storage tank system that is not registered under this part.(2) A person shall not repair or test an underground storage tank system that is not registered under this part.THIS SECTION IS REPEALED BY ACT 451 OF 1994 EFFECTIVE UPON THE EXPIRATION OF 12 MONTHS AFTER PART 215 BECOMES INVALID PURSUANT TO SECTION 21546 (3).1994, Act 451, Eff. 3/30/1995.
