Section 324.17325 - Recycler of covered electronic devices; inspection of operations(1) The department shall administer and enforce this part to the extent that funds are appropriated for that purpose.(2) The department may inspect the operations of a recycler of covered electronic devices to assess compliance with requirements of this part.Added by 2008, Act 393,s 1, eff. 12/29/2008.
