Section 324.5406 - Priority list of projects eligible for assistance; effective first day of fiscal year(1) The department shall annually develop a priority list of projects eligible for assistance under this part. The priority list must be based on planning documents and the scoring criteria developed under section 5406a.(2) For purposes of providing assistance, the priority list takes effect on the first day of each fiscal year.Amended by 2022, Act 132,s 20, eff. 6/30/2022.Amended by 2012, Act 561,s 2, eff. 1/2/2013.Add. 1997, Act 26, Imd.
