Section 289.4129 - Denial of license or registration; hearing; commencement; conduct(1) A license, registration, or certificate applicant may request a hearing regarding the regulatory authority's denial of a new or renewal license, registration, or certificate. A person desiring a hearing in response to a denial of a license, registration, or certificate shall submit a hearing request to the regulatory authority within 30 calendar days after the date of the denial.(2) The regulatory authority shall afford a hearing within 30 days after receiving a written request for a hearing as specified in this section when the request demonstrates that there is a genuine and material issue of fact that justifies that a hearing be held.(3) Hearings shall be conducted in an expeditious and impartial manner.Amended by 2012, Act 178,s 26, eff. 10/1/2012.2000, Act 92, Eff. 11/8/2000.
