Section 289.4123 - Transfer of license; limitation(1) A food establishment license is not transferable as to the holder or the location.(2) A shellfish dealer certificate is not transferable as to the holder or to the location.(3) A bottled water registration is not transferable as to the holder or the location.Amended by 2012, Act 178,s 23, eff. 10/1/2012.2000, Act 92, Eff. 11/8/2000.
